<image:caption>2108 Vail Ave., Redondo Beach, CA (310) 214-6677 www.friendshipfoundation.com We perform our fall shows with the Friendship Foundation. The staff members from their organization that work alongside us are insightful and hardworking, and we're grateful to do business with them. Their programs foster a friendly and lighthearted environment. Also, the students here have become passionate actors and actresses since being introduced to theatre through their first performance in the fall 2017 production, The Lion King.</image:caption>

<image:caption>4901 Rosecrans Ave., Hawthorne, CA (310) 297-9333 www.mychals.org Each spring, we produce a musical with Mychal's Learning Place. Their on-top-of-it staff members who coordinate with and support our team are a pleasure to work with. Mychal’s had already produced some shows before Anchorless was founded, but our Creative Teams and volunteer base has taken the students' acting skills to the next level. We're incredibly thankful to work with their students!</image:caption>

<image:caption>Hi! I'm Annika Waters and I'm going into my junior year at Mira Costa High School! This will be my 3rd year being involved with Anchorless Productions, as I was a performance volunteer at Peter Pan, where I was buddies with Kalea, and I directed the SpongeBob musical last autumn with Sami! Outside of school, I love going on long walks, listening to music and reading anything I can get my hands on. I also swim often as I'm on the swim team at Costa. I am so excited to be directing The Little Mermaid with Eli as it has always been one of my favorite Disney productions and the soundtrack is amazing! See you all soon!</image:caption>

The Little Mermaid will be my third show with Anchorless Productions and I've been a performance volunteer for The Spongebob Musical and Tangled. I love music and all things music related and in my free time I enjoy record collecting, practicing guitar, and playing video games. I'm so excited to be directing The Little Mermaid with Annika and can't wait to see you guys at rehearsal!</image:caption>

Cassandra has performed in two Anchorless Productions, Moana and Finding Nemo. In Finding Nemo, she enjoyed taking on a bigger role to challenge herself. Her favorite part of Anchorless is spending time with her cast mates, many of whom she wouldn't have met otherwise. What makes Cassandra a great Anchorless student is her helpful and supportive attitude during rehearsals. She values and embodies Anchorless's sense of community and friendship. Cassandra advises new Anchorless students and volunteers to try new things because, in the long run, it helps you grow, become a better person, and learn more about yourself. Anchorless has shown her what she is capable of and has helped her overcome her stage fright and social anxiety.</image:caption>

He is an excellent Anchorless student because he tries to attend every practice and speak his lines loudly and clearly. Garrett’s advice to any new Anchorless students would be to have fun portraying any role you get, and to not be shy. One of his favorite Anchorless memories was watching Aaron’s brother, Ben, in the audience during a production of Spongebob because he was making him laugh. Garrett loves seeing his friends every week at Anchorless, and especially loves it when he gets to see Anchorless alums who visit during the holidays.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Volunteers - Holden Friedrich</image:title>
<image:caption>Holden, a committed member of the Anchorless family, has been a part of the cast in our last two shows with Friendship Foundation. His hard work ethic and sense of humor make him a well-respected and well-liked cast member. His favorite part of the Anchorless experience is playing theatre games with the kids during rehearsal — Zip-Zap-Zop is his favorite. Holden attends Mira Costa High School and is a part of the Model United Nations and MAC Rowing programs. In his free time, he can be found playing video games such as Counter Strike: Global Offensive.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Volunteers - Frankie Kraus</image:title>
<image:caption>Don't let their reserved demeanor fool you – Frankie is one of our most on-top-of-it, supportive volunteers. Because he did such a superb job in his first production with us, Beauty and the Beast, we decided to pair them up with the lead for our latest show, Willy Wonka. The kids at Friendship Foundation look up to them. Besides Anchorless, Frankie is a student at Mira Costa High School, where they're involved with the Drama/Tech Department. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with friends.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Cassandra Datts</image:title>
<image:caption>Cassandra is a volunteer at Mychal's Learning Place and currently attends the Creative Options program during the week. She will soon begin classes at the Braille Institute.

<image:caption>Zachary is a sophomore at Mira Costa High School. Outside of school, he volunteers for both Anchorless and Resin, a Hermosa-based art studio. Zach is currently a performance volunteer for Anchorless’s spring production: Tangled The Musical. Zach's unrelenting enthusiasm inspires everyone around him and makes him a great volunteer. He loves participating in the dances and helping his buddies learn their lines. Zach’s favorite Anchorless memory is meeting the cast of the show, including his buddy John, his now close friend and rehearsal sidekick. His advice to new members of the Anchorless family is to not worry about dancing in front of others, and just have fun with it. Anchorless has made him feel more confident in himself and has given him the opportunity to branch out socially.</image:caption>
